As a child I remember one of my mothers birthdays - I wanted to give her something, so I looked around my room... 'What can I give her...?' I picked up a soft toy, 'no, no, I like that too much'. How about this hat, 'no! it's my favourite.' I found an old plastic money box that I hadn't played with in centuries... This'll do.
I wrapped it up and coloured in the paper, decorated it with bows and stickers and shuffled off downstairs. "Happy Birthday Mummy!" She unwrapped it, "thanks Cathie, it's great!"
I found it in my bedroom a few days later after Mum had one of her cleaning sprees!
